Too long in one place

Ok so Southern California has made it a decent home for us but it is time to move on from here or at least away from the “conventional” here in SoCal. For the last couple of months especially, Christi and I keep considering;
A) We buy a boat and live aboard it – 2 days ago she spoke to a broker about a 60′ 1939 wooden retired fire boat, today we are back to a sail boat and a little more modern and since I am NOT a mechanic, so modern is better.
B) We move back to the mountains.
C) We just flat out leave SoCal period.
It has been kind of a systematic change since the contents of our 3 bedroom 2 bath home could easily fit into a 1 bedroom now, or if were to give away the remaining furniture then we would be one medium storage unit away from life aboard a boat. In the past year or so Christi has been passing on the contents of our house to people she feels needs them. Today if you walked into our home first thing you would notice is that the dining room is devoid of furniture (as she gave away the dining room set awhile back) and instead there are several boxes of China with selected pieces on top that I am supposed to photograph so that she can sell it. Once upon a time we would do nothing conventionally then somewhere along the line we lost our way and then little by little we became them!
Well we woke up and it is time to move on again…
